Erin is best described as an intrapreneur: an idea generator and go-getter, passionate relationship builder and ambitious builder. As National Director of Development for The Learning Partnership, she is committed to designing mutually fruitful partnerships to inspire and equip today’s youngest learners to become tomorrow’s problem solvers and changemakers. Erin’s rich experience in development and fundraising pre-TLP spans over 10 years in varied roles within leading arts organizations in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Erin is passionate about education and the power of experiential learning to unlock students’ potential and transform lives. She holds a B.Ed. and an Honours BA with teaching experience in Toronto and Kingston, Ontario with a focus in Artists in Community Education. She is a theatre-goer, dancer and even sometimes cameos as a choreographer, most recently for Second City, Toronto.
