• Once we have finalized the presentation schedule, you will get a confirmation of your presentation session time.
• We will try to give you your 1st choice, but due to the popularity of this event, we may be forced to assign you to your 2nd or even 3rd choice. We know that you will understand the reason for this inconvenience.
• We will do our best to send you that session confirmation by 2 October.
