Your role will involve reviewing submissions (pitch video, 6-slide-deck and logbook), providing constructive feedback, and evaluating groundbreaking ideas and projects. Your expertise and insights will help shape the future of innovation. Note: Student innovators are not presenter for this round of judging.

Important Dates:

There will be at least 2 training dates for judges to select from between 1-12 September.
This round of judging will run from 13-21 September. Judges can evaluate submission between these dates when it is most convenient for them.

Note: by checking the checkbox at the Non-Disclosure Agreement field of this Judge Signup Form, you agreeing to abide by the terms of this Non-Disclosure Agreement.

This Non-Disclosure Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the date of this registration by and between the Judge completing this registration form (“Judge”) and InventFuture.Global and its partnering student organizations (“Recipient”).

1. Purpose. The purpose of this Agreement is to protect the confidential information and intellectual property of student innovators participating in the K-12 Global Innovation Challenge (“Innovators”).
2. Confidential Information. Judge acknowledges that in the course of serving as a judge, they may have access to certain confidential and proprietary information belonging to the Innovators, including but not limited to their innovative ideas, designs, and solutions (“Confidential Information”).
3. Non-Disclosure. Judge agrees to hold all Confidential Information in strict confidence and not to disclose or allow the disclosure of any Confidential Information to any third party. Judge further agrees not to use any Confidential Information for any purpose other than to perform their duties as a judge.
4. Exceptions. The obligations under this Agreement shall not apply to information that: (a) is or becomes publicly known through no fault of Judge; (b) is rightfully received by Judge from a third party without a duty of confidentiality; or (c) is independently developed by Judge without access to the Confidential Information.
5. Term. This Agreement shall remain in effect for a period of 5 years from the date first written above.
