Meet the Founders

A. Ashcraft

Aimee Ashcraft has over 30 years of teaching experience and has taught grades K-8. She has spent over 25 of those years specializing in gifted education. Her experience includes presenting at conferences at the local, national, and international level, as well as holding leadership roles such as secretary and President of West Central Ohio Association for Gifted Children. She has also served as secretary and is currently the Region 4 Representative for the Ohio Association for Gifted Children.

Additionally, she contributes to the Advisory Board for the National Innovator Challenge and the Global Innovation Field Trip. Recognized for her contributions to education, she has been awarded Ohio Association for Gifted Children Teacher of the Year and Invention Convention Teacher of the Year and is a Martha Holden Jennings Fellow, Sphero Hero, Wakelet Ambassador, and a Certified Educator for Seesaw and Ozobot.  

Aimee believes she has the opportunity to change lives everyday in the work that she does. She is an advocate for all children to experience deeper learning through collaboration, communication, critical thinking, and being creative problem solvers. She also believes in empowering students to be reflective, empathetic, and resilient. Students need to feel safe taking risks and experiencing failure as part of learning. She knows that by igniting students’ curiosity and passions through authentic learning experiences students will be inspired to be innovators and make a positive impact on the world.

Think Link Education

Brian Ashcraft has over 35 years of engineering, design, and troubleshooting experience. He has worked designing and installing equipment in high volume manufacturing facilities, working with equipment distributors, and designing and building products for the medical industry. He has extensive experience in project management and an in-depth understanding of technical products, programming, and applications.

Brian has provided advanced level training courses for companies, maintenance crews, and technical staff.

Brian believes that the technologies of today are the basic building blocks of the technologies of tomorrow, the applications of the technologies are still being discovered. The students of today need to be ready to face the technology challenges of tomorrow.
