Equipment Setup

Let us assist you with your maker space and lab room layouts. Selecting the right equipment for the space that you have is essential for maximizing the learning experience. Along with the room layout we would provide a pre-assessment of your space to verify that there is enough resources (outlets, power, windows, etc) to support your equipment needs.

When your equipment arrives we can provide scheduled assistance to help unbox and setup your designated space. Any accessory items can be installed on your equipment.

If requested we can provide assistance on installing software to make your equipment functional. A short impromptu training session can be provided to show the end user how to use the software and equipment.

Preventative Maintenance Plans

Want to extend the life of your makerspace or lab equipment? We can help you to develop a comprehensive preventative maintenance plan. The plan would be geared towards your specific equipment.

Continual upkeep on your equipment can extend the use of the items, saving money on early replacements. Greater uptime on the equipment will allow the lab teacher more instructional and planning time.

We can also be contracted to implement the preventative maintenance plan at your facility.

Be sure to ask us about our Preventative Maintenance Contracts (PMC).

Troubleshooting

If your equipment decides to stop working, contact us to provide help with troubleshooting your machines. Put our brains to work for you, we can schedule a tech to come to your facility and work on the equipment.*

Don’t let down equipment interfere with your instructional / planning time.

*Location of any facility would need to be within the assigned territory to provide on-site assistance. If replacement parts are determined to be needed, we will work with you to figure out part delivery. Call to Check.
